Approach: Mind + body + soul, with a somatic-healing focus — looking at how the nervous system holds onto stress and trauma, not just the thoughts around it.
I create an inclusive, nonjudgmental space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences — working mostly with women and teens age 13 and up. My practice is professional, but also warm, colorful, and chill: an especially accepting space for the LGBTQ+ community, where you can feel genuinely safe and accepted, however you arrived here.
